Buildings are Europe's biggest energy drain.
Buildings use 40% of Europe's energy and cause 36% of its CO2 emissions. 85% of the houses standing today will still be standing in 2050. Insulating them is the fastest and cheapest way to save energy.
That is exactly what we do. We rethink insulation and help our customers cut their heating costs and CO2 emissions by up to 50%. From first contact to installation takes around 14 days on average.

Founded by two people who have built before
Chris and Sebi started VARM in Berlin in 2023. Behind it today stands a team from seven departments and many countries.
Christian Grüner
Chris studied mathematics, with an MSc in Germany and Singapore. He then worked in consulting. He built his own D2C brand and later sold it. At VARM he owns technology, fundraising and the commercial side of the business.
Sebastian Würz
Sebi co-founded homefully and scaled it to more than €10M ARR and 70 people. He raised around €35M and sold the company to Habyt. At VARM he owns operations and scaling.
